Lekgotla, also known as the ‘meeting place’ in Tswana, is located on Nelson Mandela Square. The fusion of exotic flavors and ingredients sets this restaurant apart, bringing forth carefully and tastefully designed culinary concoctions. Menu items include starters like Village Bread rools, Peri Peri Chicken Livers, and Beetroot Salad. Main course dishes include Roast Beef Sirloin, Karoo Lamb Chops, and Ox Tongue.

Moema’s Restaurant
Moema’s ideals are about bringing joy, beauty, quality, and the things that really matter, like good people, good, fresh food, cakes and pastries. Everything is made daily on the premises, utilizing only seasonal produce, and the best and freshest top quality ingredients. It’s got a cozy and warm ambiance since it’s a family business. The original Moema is a woman called Joy Anderson Danielle, the chef’s grandmother.
She is called `Moema’ by all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, because her eldest granddaughter, Niven, called her Moema when she wasn’t able to pronounce Ouma. Open Mondays through Fridays from 7:00 AM until 6:00 PM, Saturdays from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM, and Sundays and holidays from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM. No bookings are permitted during lunch time, although arrangements can be made for breakfast and high tea.
